Day 2

workout- cardio- 20mins on elliptical that was hard, but not unbearable.
Yesterday I did legs, which killed at the time, but haven't resulted in any DOMS today.
Upper body tomorrow- not sure when I will get it done.
Food today was a bit off cause we went up to dads, but was:

1. egg, ham, tomato, mushroom, spinach on rye toast
2. muffin and cottage cheese
3. prawns
4. chicken and rice- but white rice
5. pita pizza with ham and salami
6. yoghurt and cottage cheese

Tomorrows food:

1. egg on toast
2. tuna and orange
3. chicken, salad and roast pumpkin
4. tuna and brown rice
5. dinner
6. yoghurt and cottage cheese
