day 4

food:

egg on toast
2 rice thins and tuna
chicken, salad greens and sweet potato
chicken and salad with cottage cheese
f/free yoghurt and cottage cheese

exercise will be 30mins HIIT on the elliptical- going to give it alot...

felt pretty good today- consistent energy, goof food- needed to eat between meal 3 and 4 but didn't have time. Felt low between those meals
