had a freakout today about food and whether I was eating too much- it is so much compared to the semi starvation I was doing before- I'm just so worried about carbs...got to change my mind set, I know. Hopefully the scales will be kind, but gee I feel heavy and bloated atm. Probably hormonal.
Food:
egg on toast
tuna on 2 rice thins
chicken, pumpkin/sweet pot, salad greens
scallops on pea pancakes
f/f yoghurt and cottage cheese
I'm going to try for 5 meals, especially when I'm not lifting as much as I could, due to weight restrictions and equipment limitations. I'm also going to try to do 30mins HIIT and see how that goes.
Did arms today. Some were a killer, some too easy. Definitely not hitting 10s all the time. Did weights at 3ish, which was the only time I could fit it in. Might try to exercie around 4.30-5pm tomorrow, as I won't have eaten since 1ish...
